Can Xin Zhao E reset when he gets a kill?
Because after killing someone he is like hopeless and has no way of getting in or getting out. Why not just go full Ham?

Lil DustMop2 votesNo, because a level 3 gank would be killing the adc or forcing flash then killing support or forcing flash which is not balanced at all. You dont see amumu getting his Q reset after a kill.
Need Gold 4 Tent2 votesIf you're building tanky Xin, you should have max CDR, which pretty much gives you a free E after you land 3 Qs, and Q on its own has a pretty short cooldown.
If you're building damage Xin, you probably already killed someone. Your job is done and you can respawn in peace.

I can honestly only carry my bronze games with xin zhao jg or chogath mid.
Xin is already crazy strong that would just make him op
