High plat player trying to honestly improve by looking for advice.

So about at around the end of March i picked up 2 major things I needed to climb: a Main champion to spam: Fizz, and the proper mind set to keep myself motivated.

I went from Silver and blasted through gold and into high plat throughout april on mechanical skill and experience with fizz as well as a basic general game knowledge to support me. Unfortunately now I've hit a brick wall where those things are no longer enough to let me climb any higher so I'm actually reaching out on the boards to see if any high elo player can help me further.

My goals are infact to hit challenger and one day potentially participate in the professional scene. Yes that's a dime a dozen dream but I don't care if it sounds idiotic, I'll continue to try.

Rather than not having a proper grasp of what I already know the issue that I'm having is that I don't know what I'm lacking peroid. I've always been a quick learner but there's nothing out there that can just tell me what skill sets, mechanics, or anything else that I'm lacking so that I can properly learn it.

I can of course study high elo players but in all honesty I can't figure out what it is that's different without being able to ask them about it, and instead when I compare my gameplay to theirs it just feels like something isn't clicking with mine rather than being able to notice a solid difference.

I'm not sure what exactly I could learn from people over the boards or if there even is anyone on here who could teach me but for those of you who do reply thank you in advance.

Looking at your win rates you prob wont get challenger ever but can always get high diamond easily. Can keep playing fizz but you prob want to add ryze/tf/ahri/viktor any of those and just focus on refining the basics till you hit mid diamond. Can also pick up kayle good champion.

So why am I not capable of improving to hit challenger?

unless this is your 1st game you ever played challenger is probably out of the question. everybody has a skill cap that no matter how much they play they cannot pass and while you might be decent a true pro would have picked it up quicker I think. watch streams of challengers and evaluate yourself honestly.

Before starting league 2 years ago I never owned a PC before and only ever played console FPS's and such. Even after I started playing league it wasn't until about 2-3 months ago where I started putting in effort and trying to learn the game.

This is my first competitive game as well as first MOBA.

There are players that get to challenger on 200+ ping quas and people in korea that get challenger within 3 months of playing like imp. The guys right. Doesnt matter what you have the fact that you have been playing specs dont really matter.

very few people who arent already high elo within the first year of playing probably wont because you have the biggest growth when you are a new player and its why players stagnate. It takes more than just hard work it takes talent. Very very very few people cant overcome not having the talent but its a rare case.

u wanna say that ANNIE BOT or ICU have talent? Come on man, they are just geeking this game, have 7k hours and they reached challenger. Even in real sport u don't need to have talent if u just put hard work on it. Example, Gattuso ex player of AC Milan. Talent is needed if u wanna become like Faker but if u wanna reach fucking challenger just geek this game every day. I really can't because this game isn't fun for me that much and won't waste my life on it.
