Hail of Blades Xin Zhao is OP but is interactive at least.

Would hope not. Karthus has been fine and virtually untouched for like 5 years. Remove Harvest and he'll be fine. He's the only bloody champion who uses it anyway.

Haven't seen any. It's an awful rune in its current state. At best, maybe MF uses it?

That's it? Everybody else goes Elec if they want all in or comet if they want poke. Harvest does less than comet anyway so . - .

Caitlyn can use it if she's looking for a more aggressive lane, and she can't use comet or electrocute for shit.

Sona can also go DH for a more aggressive lane since she can't use comet that well.

Sona's is the same.

DH is used on MF and brand and some other mages have an ok use rate on it

i think they should just make it trigger when you are fighting a champion meaning you wont see the soul if you are in the middle of your jungle

Karthus is not fine.

The recent stream of buffs he received tipped him from being a balanced, niche pick to a completely broken and uninteractive pick or ban champion.

V8.21

Wall of Pain Cooldown reduced to 15 seconds from 18. Mana cost reduced to 70 from 100.

Requiem Mana cost reduced to 100 at all ranks from 150 / 175 / 200.

They need to either

Revert this buffs completely
Do something similar to what LS said. Reduce the damage on his ultimate by a** significant amount** but add more MR shred to his W. If he lands his W then Q spams or presses R he gets rewarded.

He should not get rewarded for sitting at his gromp and pressing R to get kills or assists from a fight happening on the other side of the map.

Uh...? His ultimate that he uses 3 times a game costing less mana isn't exactly an impactful buff.

Karthus builds like 2 mana items anyway (in lane of course, in jungle blue plus jungle items make him never go oom) His ult could cost 500 mana and he still would always be able to use it when it’s up

Dont worry man I'm with you. karthus is so unhealthy for the game when he is too good. He needs nerfed, or dark harvest needs reworked or nerfed.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
