Could the Powerball be changed to a charge/release type of ability? For as fast as he is spinning, he doesn't go all that fast. It's almost like the new Ghost.
I think changing the ability to a charge/release would be better. The longer the charge, the faster Rammus would travel and more powerful the hit would be. The downside to this would be unable to change directions tho.
Any thoughts on this?

I gotcha. I was comparing it to the new ghost in the way of building up speed. I forgot that ghost caps at a certain speed so thank you for reminding me about that :)
