Mundo Jungle Is it viable?

Wondering if this works, yes i know he has no hard cc, nor gap closer. However if going for late game cider gives 15% hp bond of stone 5% and you could throw in quints for additioal 4.5% max hp. giving him 24.5% HP boost. Anyway wanted to get peoples thoughts on it. even considered taking smite to lane.
