What the hell is wrong with kindred

Why the hell should all of his marks be in my jungle, he will always know when my camps spawn, and if I am clearing them, how the hell is that any fair? once he is ahead, there is no way to stop him, yesterday I saw a lvl 2 kindred with half hp killing 2 lvl 3 enemies alone, just because he has that retarded stack thing on them.. just tell me if I am missing something, since this shit has won every single game he is in with at least 15 kills in every single game I played the last week.
