LP Gain This Season

Wasn't sure where to post this Not sure what is wrong, but I currently have a 72% winrate on Broken Wıngs and I am only gaining about 25 LP per win. I don't know if this is a bug with the new system.

The account is fresh and I'm trying to rank it up higher, but I was wondering why is my LP gain and MMR so low for such a high winrate? Usually at this winrate I would be facing high gold or low plat players but i'm only facing people who are silver 1 and below?
