how many ranked games would i have to play to get back my normal mmr

so i've been playing ranked since it started and i've been doing pretty well but recently i'm doing poorly now and now i gain 17-18 lp while losing 19-20 lp. Would it turn back to normal if i kept on winning games or would it go back to normal if i don't play ranked for a while.
