Klepto abusers are being spammed in the top-lane. This lane was already lame due to bot lane bringing much more impact than top in most of the matches, now we have to deal as well with people abusing this broken-ass rune that gives AD/AP potions and gold just for farm punishment.

Please Riot, just for once, don't give us the "3 armor" treatment! Fix it properly for god's sake this time.

No. Before the klepto trend (when only GP was using it top), there were still tanks running rampant with comet and poke. Klepto is a problem, but it is a problem that applies to everyone.

Bruiser items aren't ridiculously costed, it's just that currently ADCs have no immediate reason to dip into the expensive end of their itemization after getting just IE.

Make ADCs want to get another big item third instead of a second Zeal upgrade and the power scaling suddenly looks a lot fairer.

Notice that adc's only go for two of these big items usually, whereas you'll see bruisers commonly go for 2-3 of these items regularly. And guess which lane has the better gold income. This is not a good argument.

Most of the champs that i play are bruisers. I love this class, and i know what you're saying, but klepto is NOT the solution for their problems. You would just create 10 more problems trying to solve one.
