TeCoolMage1 votesI've seen worse. Look at that base AD, I don't think you'd want to clear your first few camps with a base AD lower than Soraka and Anivia.
I'm pretty sure it is lower, I'd be surprised if Kindred had a higher base AD than any champion that isn't Orianna or Gnar.
