Looking at lolking, highest she had was 50.86% on november 22
Meep Man2 votesVayne didnt have a high win rate, her win rate was a solid 50% along with a high pick rate, meaning she was overall decently balanced. She could be annoying, but she was, statistically, balanced.
Karthus nerf WAS weird, but Vayne may not be the best example to use.
