Isn't Zac a little overpowered?

I don't think he does too much damage. I think he has the ability to chain cc you for so long that it's simply too strong. Lately all i see is Zac solo carrying games.
He absolutely destroys teamfights. 1 AoE knockup then ulting out carries followed up with slamming them together. I don't know. I feel like if he lands his e i can go out and eat lunch just to get back when the cc chain is over.
