Why is shyvana so underplayed atm?

Looking at her abilities and such, it seems to me like she should be in a good spot right now.

Huge mobility, fairly good damage, and free tankyness from multiple sources. Why is her win and pick rates so low?

League of mobility, she has good damage, while building tanky, but considering her only cc is a slight displacement, and she's usually carried farther away if she does a full distance ult, but people can kite her super easily. She's good toplane if you'd want to push the other laner into oblivion if you're a half decent shyvana, but late game you have a weak initiation that can be broken by a knockup or displacement even in midair, also, yasuo can ult off you, it's annoying. But she just can't compete when she gets kited by most ADC's, Vayne, ezreal, lucian, corki, Caitlyn, and then on top of it, most meta top laners or junglers, or even mid lately is super mobile and hard to get too. You end up just getting chunked to oblivion.

Blegh, what's the point of playing Shyvana when every game there's a zed, vayne, and Lee sin all there. I'm kind of biased here, because I hate these champions because I see them every game and the lanes are so stale it's ridiculous. Iunno, Shyvana's good, but people can't utilize her effectively.

She sucks. This is coming from a guy who used to main her in jungle in S3. She is weak. Her kit offers damage and tankyness. The armor penetration is very strong right now so her tankyness is related to that. Her damage is horrible. Let me explain, they nerfed her Q, W,E, and R in 5 matches multiple times that hit her too hard. Granted she was doing a lot of dmg but they also decided to nerf randium, sunfire, and other items that she relies on more than others.

Picking her right now is stupid. She gets kited, doesn't tank well, dmg isn't good, and offers no real reliable CC. Oh they gave her W a dmg buff but they forget they nerfed it just the same, all they did was revert her W dmg buy it only apllies to minions n monsters Lol joke riot

You're only looking at numbers. Shyvana is nothing more than numbers atm. No player with half a brain is going to duel you early and there is nothing you can do to make them fight you. W's move speed buff doesn't let you stick very well in reality. That aside, even if you catch up to them, they can just keep running. You have no CC. This makes it difficult to gank as well. I have to run Exhaust and Stalker's Blade when jungling. Oh, btw, Stalker's Blade's smite slow is getting nerfed so jungle Shyvana will be even weaker. GJ Riot.

She doesn't do anything other than smash things and push lanes. That's not very helpful in a teamfight unless the rest of your team has CC covered. Even then, Shyvana is item reliant. You'd better hope you have what you need before you go in.
