Seriously, I want you to tell me one person that Skarner can 1v1 for his little rock.

Every game with Skarner, the enemy jungler, maybe with somebody else, gets to claim the rock and get vision of where Skarner is. Why? Like wtf? You're basically nerfing Skarner like this.

Want this to be good[-ish]? Do it on a dueler. Someone who can hold their points without problem, and punish anyone who tries to steal it. Not someone who can duel almost no one and win, and basically let the enemy team know where he is so they can invade, steal his buffs he's been trying to get, and kill him in the process.

What. The. Fuck.

I'm not sold on the "skarner can't duel anybody" argument, especially if he gets his stupid little capture point first.

but I am against the stupid little capture points on principle, on account of free money for the enemy team just by -existing- being a bad thing.

It doesnt give vision of skarner just a burst of vision in the area. But, there is no reason to play a champ that benefits the enemy. What if your not even playing skarner jungle.
