WTF is with this Fiora rework!!!!???

FIrst time laning against her and i tried the Garen. Fiora is RETARDEDLY BROKEN, or at least that is what i'm seeing. I mean seriosuly the amount of buffs she got with this rework is just flat out dumb.

--No longer needs a target for that little jump she does (perfect for escape; jump then flash and no one will get you, or also to catch anyone trynna escape)

--Her passive is insanely broken, she deals true dmg and heals quite a bit for the dmg dealt as well (Now i realize its a perfect counter to Garen, but also most top lane bruisers) "Basic attacks against Vitals deal 3% (+「 2.7 + (0.1 × Fiora's level)% 」per 100 bonus AD) of target's maximum health bonus true damage"

--"Riposte", oh the broken "Riposte". IT BLOCKED MY GAREN ULTI AND IT BLOCKED MY LEE JG'er's KICK. No more needs to be said.

--Her ulti, OMG HER ULTI, WTF is wrong with Riot man, "「 HEAL PER SECOND: 80 / 110 / 140 (+ 60% Bonus AD) 」" oh its not over, also to be more convenient "BONUS MOVEMENT SPEED: 30 / 40 / 50%" ... Oh wait but i'm sure its balanced, well yea sure, thats not all the ulti does, it also ... "she creates a victory zone that heals her and allied champions within over the next 5 seconds." 5 SECONDS = 80*5=400 HP HEAL FOR HER AND ALLIES IN THE ZONE AT LEVEL 6!! NOW IMAGINE THE LATE GAME. That can't be broken, its like giving your whole team 3 pots that only take 5 secs to all three take full effect on top of everything else jsut her ulti already provides for her. Oh and BTW that movement speed isn't received justt when she ultis, no no no, that would be an attempt at making her balanced, the "BONUS MOVEMENT SPEED: 30 / 40 / 50%" is a passive of her ult that stacks with the movemnet speed of her passive "Duelist's Dance" which DOESN'T ONLY GIVE HER TRUE DMG AND GOOD HEALS FROM IT, no no no, why stop there when you trynna make a champ broken as possible, it also ... "grant her 20% + (10% × Grand Challenge's rank) bonus movement speed that decays over 1.75 seconds."

TL;DR: Fiora is really broken, her kit is just super convenient and not only does she have true dmg on AAs, and her AAs supply her with heals, her "Lunge" no longer needs a target to give her that jump, Her ulti heals her (and possibly her whole team as well) a ridiculous amount, and gives her almost twice her movement speed for almost 2 seconds. Lastly her "Riposte" blocks ANYTHING, and i mean ANYTHING (It blocked my Garen Ulti).

I'm ranting right now, but i'm sure i have a good point. I know i'm not even close to being the best League player though, so if anyone has any tips on how to lane a Fiora, or any reason to say why she ain't broken and how those reasons/tips can be exploited that'd be great. Thanks.

if im not mistaken her AA used to heal slightly before, just got a buff. yea riposte is at the place it should have been before. block all incoming dmg from any source. its a riposte thats what its supposed to do lol

She used stack a buff that healed over time (only once on minions, up to six times on champions).

Well, you chose an immobile Juggernaut, against the grand duelist.

Try someone with more CC who can prevent Fiora from getting at your weakspots. Then decide if she's strong or weak. Cause from what I hear, she's strong because she's doing what she's meant to do. That is her strength.

This new Fiora has no free stats (AD and AS like before) + can't double dash in a second + doesn't have the Omnislash as ult - she is alot weaker than before, but is more more fun than the brainless buttonsmashing monster that was before.

In my last game I played Garen and I was against A Fiora.

I easily beat her without much problems, their jungle had to babysit my lane in the end.

I don't know much about her rework but from what I saw they need to buff her base defense.

garen should be a relatively good matchup against the new fiora. mostly due to the part where you can deal damage to her while you reposition so she cant reach the mark.

riposte has a relatively high base cooldown. i can understand that it makes using decisive strike against her dangerous, since garens q is telegraphed. im not sure if blocking a silence will cause riposte to stun. but you need to bait it out before you ult now.

you just got to adapt and try not to let her hit more than one mark when she ults you. retreat, try to not to expose vulnerable sides, then go in on her when the ult runs out.

shes pretty dependent on walking around you to get a lot of damage off, so hitting a randuins active should help moving out of range when she ults you.

cleaver is also a massive help when youre trying to not give her any marks for er ult. spinning on her while you move away will give you a speed boost that kindof matches hers.

you can also additionally rush ghostblade or get swifties. save your q to cleanse the slow from her e.
