Jarvan had to be one of the most toxic champs in this game

I wasn't around during Season 1. What changed did Jarvan undertake until now?

Passive: Max health damage reduced by 2% Changed to current health from max. Damage now 6%/8%/10% instead of 8%. Damage now physical. Per target cooldown increased to 10/8/6 from 6 at all levels.

Q: Cooldown increased by 1, mana cost by 5

W: Shield strength reduced by 40 at max rank

E: Passive AS and armor reduced by 4% max rank. Base damage reduced by 20 max rank. Cooldown increased by 1. Activating no longer grants armor. Flag vision reduced. Knockup collision range reduced (QE) by 60 units. No longer provides passive armor.

R: Damage reduced by 50 max rank

He did recieve multiple buffs here and there (E cooldown decreases with ranks, bug fixes, several base stat buffs and mana cost buffs), but it seems he used to have a 10% max health damage autoattack on a 6 second per target cooldown. In addition to E providing multiple passive stats and activating it giving him armor.
