Yes taking about Clash. Any semi-sane person would see this as a major product flaw. Can't actually play unless you spam forums and friends lists for recruitment, then go through what roles, champs and rank they're in all outside the game until you actually find those who work as a team all without an in game chat unless they're already on your friends list. There's no public chat rooms in the game. It's worse than a job application

At minimum implement some shit like LFG or LFD in WoW so you can list your team up as needing select roles to play and desired rank/champs then have people apply, see their stats like the scouting page then accept and bam, slot filled without a long process of adding people to chat for a potential to play
