I'd rather not be forced to play a bullshit champ like Zed before you recommend him, I mean I was tank Akali with 200 MR and yet the opponents Leblanc with 222 AP just burst me down with only like 2 hits, seriously, how do we counter this stupid bitch?

She will be forced to use abilities under turret to get some farm. She wont be able to trade with u. Rush Abyssal. If she tries to roam, ping like maniac and push, punish her for leaving lane. She will fall behidn and be useless.

Targon3 votesWhen I played Leblanc, I always found Morgana extremely annoying to fight against. Getting rooted as a Leblanc with the enemy jungler near by is a death sentence for her. Not to mention, her black shield is great against Leblanc. Buying an early negatron cloak will also make it harder for her to kill you. You might have a hard time killing her in return, but an under-fed Leblanc is pretty useless when team fights come around, and if she tries to roam for kills you can take her tower.

Also if you are getting burst with 200 mr try getting some health. Health is a bad stat by itself and so are resistances. Together they are strong. Something like abyssal + spirit visage. If you want more mr then veil too.

As Swain, I drop my w on her return spot, forcing her to stay if she's fast enough to react to it, or she gets locked down and fucked on because she thought she could pull that flashy shit on me. I use the same tactic for when Zed tries to ult ontop of me, especially when doing it under turret, just drop the root where you know they'll be and watch them squeal.

Galio ult (while on a longer cd) is much more guaranteed and longer lasting.
not saying which is better overall, just saying a Galio is harder to burst than Swain and has more guaranteed cc.

Flaherty2 votesIf you're talking about your recent game then there are some reasons to that, you had less than 140 magic resist, scaling runes, and no tank masteries so that's hardly being a "tank". That is how you can survive against LB though, by being tanky, you just need to actually be a tank. She also had 5 kills, 5 assists, and was 2 levels higher than you so you're not going to be able to fight her regardless. As other people say you have to outplay her and burst her down before she can burst you down or be a legit tank which means having the right runes and masteries and items.

yeah lb is the kind of champion little bit of mr doesn't work against. a full banshee veil and she can still one shot you. I would get still an mr item so she has to use a full rotation to kill me like a maw or an abyssal scepter but i would grab some health too. also i found champs with a stun good agaisnt her. lb likes to w to you even under turret. i played lux vs lb sometimes ad i just q her mid her dash and she takes so much turret agro

Shrek Luigi2 votesIf you're a mage and you get counterpicked with Leb, I find the single most useful thing to do as far as consistently improving your odds goes is taking barrier and rushing RoA. It's very difficult for LB to kill anything outside the amount of damage her skill-rotation does, and the extra beef goes a long way toward preventing her from getting kills and snowballing.
Opting for mercury treads over mpen/cdr boots is another alternative that works very well in conjunction with an early RoA.
Leb is strong but suffers the same setbacks as most assassins---can't assassinate people in teamfights without a massive gold-advantage. Many mages will outscale her and be more relevant as the game progresses simply by farming well and playing safe.

in case u get caught, i never had any trouble as akali vs leblanc. laning phase is preety hard (i don't play akali mid but played few times vs lb) but after level 6 lane is very easy
