I think Draven is the only true hyper carry out of all the marksmen. His damage is insane and he can literally delete enemy teams in a short amount of time. I think if you are an adc main and want to carry hard Draven is the answer.
Brenticus122 votesProblem is, people in higher elo will punish the fact that Draven's positioning is almost completely controlled by RNG and this can really hinder his abilities since he needs his Qs to do damage. You can move in a certain direction to control where it lands, but again, it forces you out of position. but if you bully your lane hard enough and get a few kills along the way, you can truly hyper carry the game.

Versus point and click/AA champions it doesn't matter and against someone with skill shots like ziggs using land mines then you can make a clear judgement not to go into it and waste a lot of Ziggs damage potency while you are AA and he is waiting for CD's.
People think he relies on his Q when he does just as much damage without the Q like any other ADC with his steroid/W alone. He isn't weak with out his Q, but it gives him Raw Damage Burst while other ADC's rely on a skill shot for burst that are avoidable.
