who do i ban this patch?

I think Twitch and Soraka are really strong this patch

Also I started banning Evelynn, idk if she's OP or popular but I played against her twice and she was annoying so now I ban her

I see Illaoi get banned in roughly 3/4 of the ranked matches I've played.

lots of champions are broken right now. just ban the ones that counter you and then put on your chastity belt and pray.

Soraka, Jinx, Kog, Zac, Bard, Graves, Leblanc, Ekko, Gragas, Gangplank, and Twitch are all good bans.

Top three for this patch would probably be Soraka, Jinx, and Kog though with GP in fourth
