Yea it needs to have %max health attached to it.

Speaking of things that would be broken as shit, Karthus also needs to have his Ult CD lowered to 60 seconds.

sole purpose of the ult was to rotate the spell with triforce - then riot changed it to be an execute. THEN they nerfed the execute and made it a shitty execute and flaccid poke
