Please let us know ahead of time. Seriously, I will eat the dodge, you can go ruin some other team's life. Teemo cannot even clear 1/3rd of the jungle anymore till he has an item. I'm not going to flame you, or ban your pick. Just going to dodge, and you can go on your merry trolling way to somebody else's match. I'd rather de-rank from dodging games and get a lot priority queue than play with some jerk, who thinks ruining 4 other people's game because he is better than the meta, is okay...

Teemo can clear fine with the right rune page. Heck, he can clear fully healthy. The problem is he can't gank for shit and is better of afk jungling or griefing a kindred.

he definitely can..lol if u can't play with him or you ally couldn't... doesn't team it's not possible. teemo actually made for jungle and the metas and shit made him a top laner...

Teemo has gone top since S1, he use to get away with marksman and mid before people understood the game fully. But those fell off and eventually he was left only top. Just ask any S1 Fiora, Jax, Irelia or Garen player lol.
