what's 45% of 300? 135 that one item lets cait ignore 135 of my armor. lets not forget that cait will also get bonus damage thanks to having less max hp than me.

Slythion1 votesit actually only ignores bonus armour so it's really like, .45*250 = 112.5 armour so it leaves you with about 300-112.5 = 187.5 armour
besides that, you should have a randuins to reduce her crit damage by 10% of their 250% amplifier (so it becomes 225% on crits) + reduced attack speed + health and armour which both have their effectiveness reduced by Lord Dominik's, but they are hardly irrelevant.
Although I agree that adc's have too much power at the moment, it's not quite as much as you depicted
