No he's not, he's only good right now because Riot's balance team is so braindead they can't differentiate up from down and now only about a dozen champions can function in the jungle.

And even if he is a little over the top, it's refreshing to know that there's atleast one jungler i can pick when someone picks Lee.

And this is no shocker and has happened numerous times, changes to the jungle occur and some junglers get popular but they get nerfed while a certain monk remains the same because . . . RITO.

Jarvan honestly always needed rebalanced much like Lee but was always pretty much in the same boat as him. Pretty high pick rate, decent win rate, LCS big plays, mobility and utility combined with obscenely high base damages and bonus as ratios

If he and Lee get nerfed ppl will flock to xin and vi

The difference is Jarvan has forms of counter play, you can escape his ult, you can dodge his E-Q combo. He doesn't have free lifesteal/spellvamp.

For the sake of argument(I actually think Lee is strong AF) Lee's Q can easily miss too, it takes quite a bit of practice to hit it at least 75%.

The problem is if Lee misses his Q he can ward-hop (Follow up with Tempest/Cripple) and or easily catch up with his high base movement speed.

Jarvan will still dash forward regardless of hitting or missing the combo, which might lead to him being out of position. Lee has no penalty over failing his Q other than energy lost, and even if he hits his Q, he can still decide if he want's to dash or not.

Jarvans burst is a lot faster to perform than Lees is

Also Jarvans usefulness as a damage or tank threat doesn't fall off like lees does
