Riot, your punishment system is not working.

This punishment is inadequate as it only punishes 1 shade of toxicity when there's an entire spectrum of it.

For example, I just played a ranked game in d2 and this guy locks in Vladimir jungle.

We are dumbfounded and ask him what is he doing, he replies : "I don't jungle lol"

So our Poppy top lane takes up smite and sacrifices for this spoiled, self-centered brat.

Vlad proceeds to go 0-5 in lane.

Well, the worst thing about all of this is the fact that I know Vladimir will never be punished. I can send as many tickets as I want - he will never get the ban.

We need a solution for the people trolling in champion select, some sort of punishment, logs should be recorded from champ select, there should be checks for troll picks.

This is just 1 example btw, there's HUNDREDS of ways to troll without EVER risking getting the ban. It's absurd.

The only people who get punished are the flamers, and in reality, I have the LEAST amount of problems with those people as there already exist in-game tools that make me deal with them easily (mute button).
