Idea to deal with AFK in ranked

So we all know that AFK in ranked is League's equivalent to butt cancer,

however I had a few ideas on how to discourage it,

1. Ranked suspension

So as we all know, that AFK in ranked is a HUGE pain in the butt once we've passed the first 3 or 5 minutes, cause we can't remake, well why not that people CANNOT get in queue for ranked if they've AFK'd 3 times? "like a 3 strikes you're out" deal but it wouldn't have to be back to back, every 3 AFK's, they'd be suspended from even getting in ranked queue for 24 hours, HOWEVER, this suspension will only act if they left the game PAST the remake chance period.

2. suppressed LP loss

now this is one that's been floating around on Reddit, Gamefaqs, and so forth, but there was ALWAYS that one issue of "someone could AFK to suppress their friend's LP loss" well here's what I was thinking, if a person AFK's, anyone within the premade with said AFK'er DOES NOT get the suppressed LP loss.

3. Demotion

So this one seems a little harsh but it would have to be like this, if a person AFK's too many times within their rank, they're demoted, pretty straight forward.
