Flame Cloak aura not visible enough

Especially when the player with the item has red buff, on a quick glance the fact that they're constantly damaging at a distance doesn't spring out. On a large character, like Renekton, the flame effect becomes obscured, too, and this is really a problem because the champions most likely to use this item are exactly the ones for which the aura shows up the worst on.
