Maybe you are just good at it?
Past that, adc is the most difficult role in the game in regards to mechanics and awareness.
If you've been playing a while, you may already have the awareness and positing part figured out. Its not hard if you are already used to it. Some of the other difficult portions are game knowledge. Such as knowing if you need to go into a fight late, if you need to keep extra distance- knowing to position differently than normal due to particular enemy champions. One little mistake and you're dead.
Likely things you also have sorted if it seems easy.
Adc is often difficult because you will have a shit support and you will be targeted by all lanes and often your teammates will not defend you.
Silver is also random as fuck, so often you'll have just random feeling botlanes. If you have a good support it will feel easy, if you get ganks it may feel easy. You don't know how good you are until you are behind. Playing from behind is the hardest part, then if your team feeds or just doesn't respond to enemy movements, you will get shit on. Then you will get blamed, and there will be nothing you can do about it.
Jhin and kai are pretty easy, especially with ganks due to their snares.
Adc gets less difficult as the game gets longer, as it no longer takes 20 shots to kill someone. It also depends on where the meta is, if adcs are weak it always feels like a struggle.
I'm not sure what your argument would be. Sure there are more difficult champs, and arguibly its not the most difficult role overall, but it is the most difficult mechanically.
Top is hard because mistakes really hurt. Needs to understand map pressure, vision control, engaging.
Mid is really hard for early farming, ganks, vision control, matchups- lane pressure and roams. Generally ones shots later, easy to play.
Jungle you need to think ahead and predict, you need to know a lot in order to do so.
Support you need to enable your adc to farm, control pressure and wave pressure- in combination with your adc, track the jungle and plan good roams for vision or mid hits.
Adc you need to get gold, understand lane behavior and control, trade appropriately with your support and plan your item purchases around objectives. In teamfights you need to provide maximum consistent dmg without dying. Which means knowing when you can step up and when you can't, which means counting cooldowns, positioning perfectly, and hoping your support and team do their jobs peeling when appropriate. Misclicking will mean you are dead, there is very little forgiveness playing adc. Itemization is extremely important and less forgiving than most roles.
Its easy to say adc is just clicking. I think you are doing much more than you think you are doing. Otherwise you wouldn't do well. Besides the kiting and positioning, everything else pretty much does the same stuff. The better you are mechanically, the easier it will seem. Lots of it could be you are just against bad players that don't punish your mistakes. Which is also likely.
