Is there a bug with Lucian's ultimate again?

R0XTAR··1 votes·945 views

Played a game 2 days ago with my brother and friends and my ultimate managed to barely kill two minions.. reminds me of last year where my ultimate wouldn't kill a single minion.. :/

Note that this was almost 20 minutes into the game and I had 3 items at the time

From http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Lucian/History

V8.13 The Culling Minion damage reduced to 200% from 400%.

But even then with a crit build you should take out minions faster. And it was recent since I play Lucian a lot. Somethings still different
