Annie Rework Idea:
I'm someone who really enjoys playing Annie (and, I'm pretty sure she's one of my most, if not my most played champ to date), yet I feel her kit is a little boring, and easy to do, especially since a stun is easy to get a hold of.
I felt that Annie, rather than being a bursty point-and-click mage (who, like many older champs, is very point-and click), she could be more of a beastmaster/dynamic duo-like champ.
Rather than just having Tibbers as an ult, what if she were to have him as a constant pet/ally (without the aoe damage, obviously).
**Passive: Best Friends: ** Annie has her teddy bear, Tibbers, following her as a companion. Tibbers is able to be commanded to move and attack using the Alt key, and right-clicking. Tibbers gains partial stats from items bough by Annie, and can trigger their effects similar to Annie's spells and basic attacks. Using Tibbers, Annie can achieve bonus effects on her abilities.
If Tibbers is slain, Annie takes recoil damage as HP removal. Tibbers will respawn right next to Annie after a cooldown
Q: Disintegrate: Annie throws a ball of fire that deals damage based on AP, goes through up to 3 enemies, and "marks" enemies it hits. marked enemies, when hit by Tibbers, suffer bonus magic damage. If hit by Tibbers 3 or more times, the target is stunned for a time that scales with level.
W: Immolate: Annie conjures a cone of flames in front of her, dealing damage to all enemies it hits, and "marking" them. If an enemy was already marked, they suffer a DoT (Burning). Enemies under the effects of the DoT (Burning) that are attacked by Tibbers lose a small amount of movement speed.
E: Molten Shield: Annie and Tibbers both gain a shield that returns a portion of damage taken, while also increasing the defenses of the two. TIbbers gains an increase to movement speed, and has an AOE "sunfury" damage effect over the duration. Marked enemies take additonal hits over the duration.
ULT: TIBBERS: Passively grants Tibbers bonus health and armor, and Annie bonus Magic Resist. When activated, Tibbers gains bonus attack damage and attack speed, while Annie gain spellvamp and a portion of lifesteal for damage done by Tibbers. If Tibbers is slain over the course of the duration, he releases a single AOE of flame, immediately "Burning" all enemies it hits.
