Before you Nerf Skarner into hell
please just try this: Just delete the pillars from the enemy jungle and the River, leaving only the 2 in the own jungle, delete the movement speed from the passive and give it to his Ultimate.
Right now the problem with Skarner is that he basicly makes the enemy jungler his bitch IN THE ENEMY JUNGLE, cause you just cant fight him. And the Pillars on Dragon and Baron just give his team a total controle.
Dont kill nerf him right now, just... delete his domination power of the jungle and the bossmonsters. I belive that will slow him down alot.
