Seems like the keystone is a healthier way to keep the mechanics of FM without the item just outright breaking or making champs. Or just being totally unfun to play against.

imo the hextech freeze should be removed

and frozen mallet should be reworked to act the same as hextech freeze (without the active)

Please not. It's a niche item but it's the only way to keep Shyvana and Urgot viable picks without reworking them (yet again in Urgots' case).
