So who has or had the most bugs in league of legends?

If i'm going to guess i would say Azir because when i started playing the game he was just released and every patch note was just bug fixes for him for like half a year. The two runner ups in my mind would be Yasuo and Quinn. Quinn because she had bugs for two years and rito did nothing about it. Yasuo becuase just got a bug fix and two more took its place. And who had the most helpful or the worst bugs? Helpful as in "wow this champion is broken as all hell". Worst as in "wow can't even use my skills half the time" or "wow my q just healed the enemy ezreal." I would love to know.
