try to play vs zed lul.

Assasins>Birds, get ur jg to help early and then roam if you can, she has no escapes so shes a free gank if she shoves with ult

Or you could play other heavy wave clear champions and match her wave clear post 6. You'll win that war overall since Anivia uses 3x more mana then these champions, and you'd even have strong wave clear pre level 6, something that Anivia doesn't have until level 6 (Her Q is not that amazing as wave clear early game).

Or play an Assassin or any mobility champion and jump on her and make her not able to hit you. Or you could just play a poke champion since she is one of the easiest champions to hit since she has the lowest ms in the game with no escapes and lowest base hp.
