@Vesh: Soraka's reworked passive gives me an idea for a Boot Enchantment

So Soraka's going to get a lot of speed when rushing to save a nearly-dead ally? Pretty cool idea.

In fact, it gives me a great idea for a Boot Enchantment. I call it "Savior".

When moving toward an allied Champion below 40% health, you gain X% bonus movement speed.

While Support Champions can certainly go for Captain boots to enable allies to disengage more quickly, I think that a boot enchantment type that lets you rush to the rescue would feel really awesome. Peel tanks like Leona would absolutely love it.

I'm sure you guys at Riot have thought of this too, so I'll also ask if there are any plans for such an item effect. Any thoughts? Or is it going to be Soraka-only?

It'd kinda cheapen Soraka's new kit to have its most interesting feature made available to literally everyone.

Noooot if that MS boost is capable of stacking with her passive. Gotta go fast!

On-topic though: It seems interesting but i'd probably still go for the captain boots.

I'm not sure it would feel very satisfying as a player to buy boot enchantments that rely on you being out of position away from your team and them getting poked down so severely just to be effective. That could just be me though. I will say it could have potential as a niche selection, but I don't know if it would go well even if built when behind because as soon as you use it to catch up or get ahead, your allies ideally won't have health that low.

Well, it could be very useful on peel tanks who have to save their carries. Leona and Alistar would love it.

That's a good point, I tend to not play those champions, so I didn't think of it in that particular thought.
