Pantheon was always either too dominant or too weak to pull into the rounds.
I believe his oversimplified kit is the reason he is so unhealthy being able to bully nearly 95% of champion pool by a terrifying-no-counter point click Spear. His kit should be reworked in a way that pantheon is punished for using it like it was with WW (great rework btw, he can miss his ult now).

His only purpose is hard lane counters and stomping bronzies.

Like the range being higher, the damage being increased, mana cost down, small cooldown, something like that.

Ad Vitam Aeterna1 votesHe's meant to be one of the strongest bullies in the game, he's an early game champ. He usually falls off pretty hard later on if he doesn't get super ahead early. You claim he has no counter yet smart play is his counter. Farm safely until 6 and then a lot of champs outscale him since they actually have ults they can fight with, such as Jax, Irelia, Wukong. If you look at his counters on champion.gg you'll see he loses to a decent amount of champs. He's liked Singed, all about the annoying early phase but once the mid-late game come they often lose if they didn't completely shut down their laner.
Aquafuge1 votesI think if it was made into a skill shot that applied on hit effects it would be better, For Pantheon players they can lifesteal apply slows ect, for his lane opponents it can be dodged and not made too op.
