get an ult rework and a conditional stun ? or maybe if she hits a q on a person marked with harrier she gets some sort of boost when dueling that target

Transgressor1 votesNeither. Just a small mechanic rework(mostly her passive and toggle-able ultimate) paired with GUARANTEED and not HALF-ASSED bugfixes and she's ready to rock. We already have enough hard CC and hidden passives on top of passives. Besides, how can you thematicaly fit a young woman taming a bird she uses to couge the enemies' eyes out, while firing from a drum magazine fed ballista, with a conditional stun? Does Valor's shit insantly harden sticking feet to the ground?
