  • 250 AD
  • 35% CDR
  • Lich Bane + Muramana proc on Qs
  • Good mixed damage
  • Good attack speed with your passive and W

I can see a fell problems with this build:

  • Low early game impact
  • Requires a lot of scaling to make it work
  • No waveclear till 5th item.

Blue build is still better
