Yea it's low effort, but the mid-season is a joke, and to think anyone believes the adc changes are nerfs is astounding.

its not an adc nerf. its a buff to all the "adc 1shot" ppl like yasuo, yi etc.
It's a nerf vs squishies, but a buff against tanks. It converts damage instead of adding it, so it's basically 20% armor pen that goes through Alistar ult (even though it stacks with Last Whisper and its upgrades anyway).
It's also more expensive by 500 total gold (with the zeal items being 200 gold more expensive and IE being 300 gold more expensive, so 700 gold more expensive for a triple zeal build). It's basically a nerf to early game, and late game it shifts their jobs further into murdering tanks. Against squishier champions, they won't still two/three shot anymore.
It's a buff to both assassin's and marksman lol.
