Neeko is the worst cancer toplane

I hate too play vs Gnar more personally but that is just taste, Neeko is the most unfair ranged lane bully there is. I dont see why a ranged champ with an easy too land Morgana Q needs too move at 500 ms with no ms built aside from boots. I can barely kill her when she wastes her E and i have a big lead. In total she has 4.25 secs cc with empowered E, 2.75 with basic. I did a double take that is so ridiculous.

This game gets a bit worse with every new champ release.
