Vayne needs att speed nerfs.

I think most of the vayne problems come from the fact that she can build a few attack speed items and melt you without effort. Her kit is a slayer and has a lot of damage, but her range for her attacks and damage in conjunction to her attack speed means she can easily kill people effortlessly, as she, as a adc, will outspeed the opponent, out damage them with her true damage, and anyone that runs from the fight can never really escape without flashing because she can keep up and pin them if she needs to.

I don't see her damage as a problem and neither her kit, but give them speed and it becomes broken. Her attacks become almost machine gun attacks as she just melts you. I think she would benefit from speed nerfs, as most adc's would(not all). I have never played against a Vayne who build a normal build and felt oppressed. But playing one who built one attack damage item and the rest speed items, it felt really hard coree oppressive.
