@Meddler Any words for Talon now that we have had time to see numbers?

It's been a while and well our noxian shadow needs some help.

While I love the new design it would be nice to see him get something to help him against mages since that's basically what wrecks him the hardest right now. I would like to read your thoughts on him because nothing has come up on pbe but katarina and akali are getting changes so I'm wondering if he is on the radar.

Also about his E on howling abyss. Can we get some changes to that because now having an E feels awful when I have to put points into it. At least the passiveless champions have 4 skills.
