It no way in hell can be just coincidence that after I do really well in a few game that I get the guy who "hasn't played in a few months" and the guy who afk farms at his turret pinging mias after his laner kills me. It can no way in hell be coincidence.

It happens all the time. If I get on a losing streak I’ll wait a few minutes to collect myself so I don’t get tilted and potentially make an error that costs my team the game in the future.
