I hope they don't nerf GP, he is really strong if you know how to use his barrels correctly...But that is the thing. In normals a lot of GPs don't really use them to their full potential while pros absolutely can. It's another one of those "It's good when used by pros but generally subpar when used in (low rank, normal) solo queue" kinda things.

They've nerfed him soooooooo much over the past few patches, some of which were necessary not gonna lie, but it would be nice if they could just stop.... there are so many more problem champs in top lane atm, GP is just fine where he is now, anymore nerfs and he'll be as much a joke pick as the old GP was >.<

The issue is that his barrels are really, really strong, but also really complex to use properly. This translates into poor performance in normal, casual play but extreme power for pros.

Yeah, it's easy enough to handle them, just when people aren't knowledgable enough, not good enough themselves, or the GP player is simply amazing at placing them they can be ridiculous.

But that's kind of the point of them, good chains are not easy to get off against decent opponents, so actually getting one should be rewarding! If they're nerfed to the point that they are no longer rewarding then he'll simply be a joke of a champion again.

So yeah, I really hope he doesn't get hit too hard with the nerf bat due to his perma ban status in worlds.... pro players being able to use a complex champ and getting that champ nerfed repeatedly is annoying as FUCK for all of us none pro players who like GP....
