Until the fact that some champs have a ban rate above 40% meaning it is down to 9, 8, 7 heck in some game it could even be 5 bans total.
Just make solo queue have what the LCS has where it is 3 bans a team followed by 3 picks a team followed by 2 bans a team followed by 2 picks a team.
