Given how many people forget to get it and how it's just takes up a summoner spell slot. But then their the problem of 
. I'd just make it it's ward effect be added to smite, allowing it debuff enemy champs for a short while by granting vision of them for quite a while.
But then we got the problem of jungle champs becoming OP.

Well maybe to balance it out, one spell could be locked until around 15 mins or less, if having more than two spells as a juggler is too much in the early game (which it mostly will be.)
