Excited. Dude makes some good champions who suffer from number problems and some bad ideas (in practice).
Dont blame the designer for the numbers - its a designers job to make the blueprint and guide the aesthetic, not put things into concrete.

Besides Darius (discounting WW rework which CertainlyT was only just a proxy of Reav3 at the time of making it), none of his creations came into the game with only a number issue.

His design itself, has always been the problem.

Also, I always laugh at the incredibly contrived apologetic response that "its a designers job to make the blueprint" or whatever shit in that vein, claiming that his failure is all balance team's issue and CertainlyT should just be a kid with a crayon pack or some shit with 0 obligation nor responsibility (while being paid in 6 figures). Let me ask you, is it the writer's job to write the story, or is it the editor's? So why is it that when a fail champion designer is not doing their job, it's supposedly the balance team's fault for not doing the work for him (which they have, countless times now. Say what you want about the questionable decisions the balance team has made, but you can't deny that with nonsense designer like CertainlyT making their job harder every single day, anyone would go batshit crazy) and that the said designer has no responsibility to make an actually good and balance-able champ in the first place?

Imagine if someone wrote something and sent it to a publisher to try and publish it, and the editors ended up rejecting it because it had 0 substance, was grammatically broken, and/or narrative incomprehensible, or whatever, and then you showed up there, criticising the editors for not re-writing the entire story for the writer. That's insanity.
