How about remove his e flash, just like riot removed galio w flash.

Pyke E can be sidestepped, is delayed and has a windup time. Galio W has an instant Zone (yes it gets bigger, but at the start of the Animation, an AoE is already starting) that can't be countered when he flash engages.

E-flash on Pyke isn't near as strong as W-flash on Galio. It just gives extra range on his E, effectively, rather than moving him into taunt range which can be let go immediately.

so did Galio, now riot killed him Pyke didnt need the bonus gold, he just needed his minion stun back which he got removing flash E is just murdering another champion from playability
