The Fast3 votesLeague of Legends is a game that was built on a horrible foundations, when the genre had less expections of features, and Riot thought this game was going to be played by 20,000 people. Riot's software for league is so freakishly old that they have to remake anything they want to add in to the client feature-wise.
That said 6 years is a long fucking time, and some of this shit should have been done, but throwing money at a situation isn't enough to solve it, you need man hours to rebuild, implement, and test integral parts of the client before it goes live. Because if the replay system in-client fucks up, then a whole lot of the client will fuck up.

Same, I dont really want/need a sandbox mode when they have co-op vs ai, custom, normals (dominion, twisted treeline, summoners rift), and aram.
I only what heros has, where its an aram like map where you can try out champions to see how they play. NOT A SANDBOX, just a custom aram to try out any champ.

replay and sandbox mode and maybe some new maps would be nice. They make enough money to do all of this but choose not too because there lazy as shit.
