ok, rakan needs to be nerfed
that mobility is just absurd. This guy has lee's mobility on steroids. You think you catch him, and then he does 2 screen's worth of dashes to safety.

Magical Zoe1 votesBut but but he has extremely high cool downs and acts to compensate his utility. He also get blown up by anyone with a snare or stun (especially if Xayah isn't on his team, his E range is greatly reduced)
edit: Yauo almost has the same concept at Rakan, but his dash is like .5 seconds and is faster so....nerf yasuo dash before Rakans
